This page explains what HumanAgenty (“we”, “the service”, humanagenty.com) collects, why, who helps us run it, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. We collect as little as the service needs to work.
Who runs HumanAgenty
- Operator / data controller (Veri sorumlusu)
- Dexl Limited
- Contact
- info@humanagenty.com
What we collect
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your questions (“tasks”) and the answers | Every task | To run the task, show you the result and keep your history |
| A random device identifier | Stored in your browser | To apply the daily free limit without an account |
| Email address | If you sign in | To send sign-in codes, identify your account and send service emails (payment confirmation, Pro ending reminder) |
| Sign-in sessions and browser type (user agent) | If you sign in | To keep you signed in and let you see and end sessions on other devices |
| Answer preferences (language, country, length) | If you set them | To shape your answers |
| Payment records: amount, date, sending wallet address, transaction hash | If you buy Pro | To activate Pro, issue receipts and keep accounting records |
| Technical logs (such as IP address) kept by our hosting providers | Every request | Security and operation of the service |
In the mobile app
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Profile you give during setup: the name you want to be called, country, city, currency, language, and optional birthday, occupation, household, interests and notes | If you fill them in | To tailor answers and reminders; they are stored as memories you can see, edit and delete |
| Questions you ask in Ask, photos you attach, and the answers | Every question | To research and show the answer and keep your history |
| Chats with your assistant, voice recordings you send and spoken replies | Pro, when you use them | To understand you (recordings are turned into text) and to reply |
| Memories: facts about you the assistant keeps. Possibly sensitive ones (such as health) wait for your confirmation | Pro, while memory is on | So the assistant remembers you; you can turn memory off or delete everything |
| Things you track: bills, subscriptions, payments, birthdays, documents, habits, lists, journal entries and moods | Pro, when you add them | To remind you, show summaries and write a weekly reflection on your journal |
| Watches: exchange rates, product links and target prices, places for weather, news subjects | Pro, when you create them | To check them in the background and alert you |
| Family space: its name, members’ names and what members share there (lists, dates, bills) | When you create or join one | Everything shared in a space is visible to all its members |
| Push notification token of your phone | If you allow notifications | To send alerts (for example a watch that fired); local reminders are scheduled on your phone |
| Google Play purchase token and subscription status | If you subscribe | To verify and manage Pro |
The app does not use your location, contacts or calendar. The microphone and camera are used only when you press record or choose to take a photo.
Please do not enter passwords, full card or bank account numbers, or other people’s private data. HumanAgenty is not a health app: it does not manage medication or treatment and does not read or explain medical documents. Anything health-related you choose to tell the assistant is kept only so it remembers you, is never used for advertising, and you can delete it at any time.
How tasks are processed
To answer a task, HumanAgenty uses tools provided by DexL Agents (agents.dexl.io). Depending on the task, parts of your question are sent to a web search provider (Serper, which returns Google search results), to AI language models (Google Gemini) to plan and write the answer, and to the public websites or data sources being looked up (for example exchange-rate, weather, vulnerability or blockchain data). Web pages we read on your behalf receive a normal request from our servers, not from your device.
Who helps us run the service
- Hostinger — website hosting and our email (info@humanagenty.com).
- Supabase — database that stores tasks, accounts and payment records.
- DexL Agents — task execution, and through it Serper (search) and Google (AI models, speech-to-text, text-to-speech and image reading).
- Expo (650 Industries) — delivers push notifications to your phone.
- Google Play — app distribution and subscription payments.
- Open-Meteo and the European Central Bank — weather and exchange-rate data (they receive only the city or currency, not who asked).
- Base network — a public blockchain. Payments you send are public by nature and visible to anyone; we cannot change or delete on-chain records.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr — fonts and a QR-code library loaded by the page; your browser contacts them directly.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.
How long we keep it
- Tasks from signed-in users: until you delete them or delete your account.
- Tasks made without an account: deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Sign-in codes: deleted after 7 days. Sessions: deleted when they expire (60 days) or when you sign out.
- Internal request queue: deleted after 7 days.
- App data (chats, memories, tracked items, habits, lists, journal, watches and their alerts, photos and recordings): until you delete them or delete your account. Deleting your account deletes all of it, and any family space you own together with what was shared in it.
- Payment records: kept as long as accounting and tax law requires. If you delete your account, they are kept without your email.
Cookies and storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores a device identifier, your sign-in session and a short task history in your browser’s local storage. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, KVKK, or the EU GDPR) you can ask to access, correct, download or delete your data, and object to or restrict its processing. Most of this you can do yourself on your account page: download all your data, change your email, delete tasks, or delete your account. For anything else, write to info@humanagenty.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Security
Sign-in codes and session tokens are stored only as one-way hashes. Database tables are not readable from the website directly. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected users if a breach puts their data at risk.
Children
HumanAgenty is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and, for signed-in users, announce it on the site or by email.
