These terms apply when you use HumanAgenty (humanagenty.com). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who runs HumanAgenty

What HumanAgenty does

You describe what you need. HumanAgenty uses automated tools — web search, page reading, public data sources and AI language models — to look things up and write an answer, usually with links to its sources. HumanAgenty only reads and reports. It does not book, buy, send messages or move money for you.

Answers can be wrong

Answers are produced automatically. Sources can be outdated or incorrect, and AI models can misread them. Check important information yourself, especially before making financial, legal, medical, safety or business decisions. Answers are not professional advice. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we do not guarantee it will always be accurate, complete or available.

Accounts

You can use HumanAgenty without an account within the free daily limit. If you create an account, keep access to your email address secure — anyone who can read it can sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Acceptable use

Do not use HumanAgenty to:

• break the law, or help others break it;
• harass, stalk, or collect private information about individuals;
• attack, overload or probe the service or any website, or get around its limits (for example by automating requests or creating many accounts);
• submit content you have no right to share, or other people’s sensitive personal data.

We may limit, suspend or close access that breaks these rules.

Plans and limits

Daily task limits depend on your plan and are shown on the site. We may change limits and plans; changes to a Pro pass you already paid for will not reduce what you bought.

Pro and payments

• Pro is a one-time pass for the number of days shown at purchase. It does not renew automatically.
• Pro is paid in USDC on the Base network. Send exactly the amount shown, to the address shown, on Base. Payments sent with a different amount, token or network may not be credited automatically and may not be recoverable; contact us and we will look into it, but we cannot guarantee recovery.
• Pro starts when the transfer is confirmed on the blockchain. A payment that arrives after the request expired is still credited if it arrives within 24 hours.
• Blockchain payments are final. Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where the service did not deliver what was paid for. Write to us if you think that applies.
• You are responsible for your wallet, network fees and any taxes that apply to you.
• Card payments are not available yet.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you submit. You give us permission to process it as needed to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Answers are yours to use, but they may quote or summarise third-party sources that have their own rights.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on answers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country, e.g. the Republic of Türkiye]. Disputes go to the courts of [City, e.g. İstanbul], without limiting any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms or the service. If a change is significant, we will update the date above and let signed-in users know. You can stop using the service at any time.
